Sunday, November 13th saw the 12th Annual Hyde Creek Salmon Festival go off without a hitch - largely due to our super Festival Coordinator, Sandy LeMonnier. Thanks Sandy!!!!
Whilst overcast, we had no rain - our prayers had been answered. The day was quite cool but that did not stop the public from coming out and enjoying what the festival had to offer.
The Hyde Creek Watershed Society would like to thank our sponsors, supporters, raffle prize contributors, displaying groups for showing everyone what community spirit is all about! We would especially like to thank the Lions Club of Port Coquitlam for stepping in at last minute to organise the food for the festival.
And not forgetting the fabulous general public - your ongoing support makes our volunteer efforts all more worth while - THANK YOU!!

Directions: proceed north up Coast Meridian Road in Port Coquitlam. Turn right onto Laurier and park at the Hyde Creek Recreation Center. Activities are held in the gymnasium as well as the Hyde Creek Education Center and Hatchery just a short walk down the PoCo Trail to your left.
